One to One

You will train for results, every session will be about getting you closer to your goals/targets. This can be 1-1 or 2-1 training. Client support is not limited to just the session, there is far more to the service than the personal sessions!

I’ve been there; I’ve been overweight, unhealthy and unmotivated. I know it’s not easy and I know this fitness thing can seem daunting, confusing and intimidating. But, there are solutions, you just ned to find YOURS and I am very happy to show you that.


It all started by being a “fat kid” and dealing with all the negativity that came with it. It was at 16 when I changed all that by hitting the gym, asking questions about exercise and nutrition; and pushing myself to become healthier, happier and stronger.


My goal is to show everyone that to become “fit” (it can be one goal or many) isn’t that complicated and that everyone can find his or her way forward. It isn’t a case of not having the time; it’s about knowing what to do and having the right support to keep the necessary focus.


I don’t waste time, I don’t give you the fluff that looks cool but does nothing; I get straight to the point and help deliver the results you want. It’s always a team effort where support, encouragement and fun are provided.
